These figures have become a standard in the ice manufacturing industry, where our machines can produce flake or crushed ice also known as fragmented hard ice or Cracked Ice. High-end products offering quality refrigeration
The presence of industrial ice machines has become a priority for the most important business and food sectors, where the optimal and efficient operation of each of these machines is practically unquestionable.
Our machines, in addition to being manufactured directly in the United States, have multiple elements of the evaporator tubes, frames, panels and ice auger, made entirely of stainless steel (304 made in the USA).
Part of the equipment is constructed with a vertical tube design that performs ice formation on both the inside and outside walls, allowing the evaporator to offer maximum efficiency and fast recovery. This is also extremely favorable in the manufacturing process, as gravity on both sides of the standpipe evaporator is used to collect the ice.
At A&V Refrigeration, no detail escapes us, because it is precisely the vertical tube design of our machines that offers more surface area for heat exchange, achieving immediate and long-lasting cooling, with short periods cycles.
